Patty

Patty is a 5 year old miniature Hereford. She is an excellent calver and great momma. She has been exposed to Romeo, our mini Highland bull since June and is presumed pregnant.

Kim was born 4/15/25. Momma is Queen La Beefah, a black Aberdeen and Dad was a red Dexter/Highland cross. Flauta was born a light tan color but has turned into a black brindle color as she has grown.

Susie

Susie is a 3 year old miniature Hereford. She one of our smallest mommas but has always calved on her own just fine. She has been exposed to Romeo, our mini Highland bull since June and is presumed pregnant.

Flauta was born 3/30/25. Momma is Eleven, a black Aberdeen and Dad was a red Dexter/Highland cross. Flauta was born a light tan color but has turned into a red brindle color as she has grown.

Our herd

  • Romeo

    Romeo is our herd bull. This handsome guy is calm as can be, extra sweet, and perfectly fluffy. All of those traits get passed along to his offspring!

  • Skillet

    Skillet is a Hereford/High Park cross born in 2025. She will be kept as part of our herd and bred for calves when she is ready.

  • Vaquita

    Vaquita (Spanish for “little cow”) is a blonde mini Highland. She is our friendliest momma and loves pets, but will run you down for some cattle cookies.

  • Petunia

    Petunia is the teeny tiny 2025 baby to Vaquita and looks just like her beautiful momma. We are excited to see her grow and will breed her when she is ready.

  • Justin Beefer

    Justin is a Wagyu cross steer that we are keeping to eventually fill the freezer.

  • Eleven

    This mischievous yet sweet momma just happened to get ear tag #11 but we felt it was fitting to name her Eleven after Elle on Stranger Things!

  • Queen La Beefah

    This fluffy little pitch-black momma has gotten pretty friendly and sweet and pops out some seriously cute little calves.

  • El Gordito Juan

    Gordito is a mini Hereford steer with a goofy little personality. We are raising him to eventually fill the freezer.
